A rule of thumb would be, of you are on say iOS 9.2.1 you should remain on it as this is the last version that has a working jailbreak available. However, this does need to be a secure version, not one that is laden with bugs. I have said this before, and I will say it again! If you’re waiting for a jailbreak solution, you need to be on the lowest version of iOS you can be.
And as I write this iOS 9.3 is the latest victim of this signing cull, which means that if you have a device running iOS 9.3.2 then the lowest version that you can roll back to is iOS 9.3.1.
